Roblox and the VV info board show fresh July activity

Roblox's official game data shows a July 11 experience update. The public VV: ULTIMATUM Trello & Info board remained active through July 15 and added July 13 reference cards for ELO title buffs, limited equipment, faction cloaks, the Lieutenant Badge, and the Atop the Heavens emote. These are reference-board changes, not a substitute for Discord patch notes.
